Carat Trax Overheating Problem.
1. You can make 1,5mm random holes 6mm near each other in tins.2. You may use rather chokeberry paint with much sugar. Mixed juice from red beets.3. You may do 7-8mm hole in the middle of each tin.4. If you use tins, put two Zinced tins first, at every ninth tin give two copper. At the ending give two zinced. After one complete of 9 or 18 give 2cm pause with 1ohm/4W to 2,2ohm/4W resistor. 5. Start it from the chassis with 2x22mH dual wire choke (from old TV or filter). left channel put into zinc boards, right into next copper one.7. Use 3x 15mH (3 x 14mH) solid chokes on your inverter in plus line. 8. Don't connect to heat sources.The problem is to get the AC current from the battery system. Still, the given advices should help.
Chassis - 22mH choke left coil - Zinc Zinc - First Copper - Zinc - Copper - Zinc - Copper - Zinc - Copper - Zinc - Copper Copper - 1OHM/4W - Zinc Zinc...
Chassis - 22mH choke right coil - First Copper
... - Last Copper Copper - soldered - 30mH choke -> 30cm thick wire - inverter - 13mH - 13mH - 13mH...
On minus give 33mH to 47mH choke too, even longer wire up to 70cm hidden down. Watch out, cause you may get freezed! Don’t touch too much!Install the battery at no load!
This should be enough with holes and right mixed paint. Give 5% pulverized grey coal into paint.
Use sockets for your battery. If you don’t wanna a freezer there leave the minus as it is.
Watch out for short circuits!
USE GLOVES!
