This book is not an extensive list of equipment for the
Tiny Dungeon 2nd Edition Roleplaying Game. That would
go against the very nature of it’s simplistic design, and
who would want that?
What this book does is provide an assortment of
unique and strange items to build adventures around,
provide rare items for brave players, and offer a chance
to uncover new types of treasure.

All the items in this book are broken down into easy to
understand categories and include a universal format.
Name:
The name of the item.
Appearance:
What the item looks like.
Detailed Knowledge:
History, craftsmanship, as well as
background information about the item.
Value:
The average value of the item
Special Rules:
Any rules that pertain to putting the item
into play.

To know specific details about an item, a character will
either need to research it or use a certain
Trait
relevant
to the item.
The most common Trait to use to determine the
Detailed Knowledge
of an item is the
Educated Trait.
However, this is not the only Trait that can be used to
determine the
Detailed Knowledge
of an item. Here are a
few examples of other Traits and how they can be imple-
mented in discovering an items background.
Alchemist:
Used to identify plants & herbs, as well as
beverages.
Blacksmith:
Used to identify weapons and armor.
Healer:
Used to identify plants & herbs.
Spell Reader:
Used to identify items with magic properties.

Archdruid:
Can identify plants & herbs, primitive artifacts,
and animal totems.
Archmage:
Can identify items with magic properties.
Assassin:
Can identify poisons and deadly tools.
Paladin:
Can identify holy and religious items.
These are just a few examples, and Game Masters
are encouraged to find logical ways for the characters
to learn
Detailed Knowledge
of an item, even if it isn’t
always factual or reliable information.
